Maroon Bells- is situated 15 miles southwest of Aspen. Access to Maroon Bells is basically restricted to cycling, hiking, or organized guided bus tours. Guests may take a public bus from downtown Aspen and follow the hiking trails to Crater Lake Trail. Mountain Hikes, Trails & Golf – Snowmass Mountain has hiking and golf at mid-mountain level and is accessible by chairlift from the Snowmass Village Mall.
